Note: Online ticketing is not available for flights within half an hour of sailing time.
From Nangan Fuao Port, you can take a boat to transfer to various outlying islands:
Beigan (Baisha Port); Dongyin (Zhongzhu Port); Dongju (Mengao Port); Xiju (Qingfan Port)

A full ticket is 400 yuan, a half ticket is 200 yuan, a full ticket for county residents is 350 yuan, and a half ticket for county residents is 175 yuan.

Island helicopter
Activates when maritime traffic is disrupted. There are a maximum of 3 flights per day between Nangan and Dongyin and Juguang. Approval from the Transportation and Tourism Bureau is required for the 4th and above flights.
Nangan – Dongyin:
- If there is only one flight per day: Nangan flies to Dongyin at 11:00, and Dongyin returns to Nangan at 11:20.
- More than two flights per day: According to the announced time, each flight must be flown by at least 4 registered local residents. If there are less than dozens of people on the same day, it will be merged into the next day's flight. (Reservation time 08:00~17:00)
The fare in Dongyin is 1,200 yuan for registered Matsu residents and 3,000 yuan for non-established Matsu residents.
Ticket price in Juguang: 800 yuan for residents with Mazu registration and 2,000 yuan for non-mazu residents.
(Free for children under 2 years old, 50% discount for those over 65 years old and those with disabilities)
